Thank you for considering a purchase from me. To ensure a fair and safe transaction, please read carefully and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

The Intention of these Terms of Purchase

The following Terms of Purchase have been created thoughtfully to:

- Bring Presence when you consider purchasing at my Soulfulness Shop

- Inspire Soulfulness and accountability for purchases made 

- Minimize time spent correcting purchases

 

 

 

 

There will be no refunds (if uncertain, please email me at info@inessg.com before buying)

- Please carefully review each sales page to avoid misinterpretations regarding what to expect and what is included. 

- Please be aware that refunds will not be provided under any circumstances. When making a purchase, please take your time to consider it carefully.

- Bookings are available Mon-Sat, 10 am-7 pm Lisbon, Portugal time. Please check your local time conversion here. 

- Bookings can be made after payment at a suitable time for both of us via email to info@inessg.com. Videocalls are available through Skype, Microsoft Teams, Google Meets, or Facebook Messenger.

- Rescheduling the date and time of any coaching, healing, and card reading session with me is only possible once and due to an emergency. Please email me at info@inessg.com as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your coaching, healing, or card reading session with me.

- Video recordings and other services sent by email are delivered within 1-3 working days after your initial introductory email is sent to info@inessg.com.

Payment

- All products and service bookings will be available only after payment.

 

- If you choose to pay via a payment plan (if available), you are responsible for completing all payment installments, even if you decide to stop participating in the purchased service or product.
